Description:
   Delicate green foliage looks like tiny palm fronds, hence the name. Bright, golden-yellow flowers on 2-3 foot stems in summer. Spreads rapidly to form a dense mat of rhizomes from which a mass of stems will emerge every spring. Tolerates the sandiest, driest soils and is great for stabilizing dry sunny slopes.
