Spray them about every 10 days (or after a rain) with Orthenex Insect and Disease Control to prevent bugs and black spot. In between the ten days, spray them with Miracle-Gro Fertilizer. When you cut off the dead roses they should be cut at a diagonal just above the second five leafed stem. |

Black Spot Notes from Geoff's Garden: - This one holds up great in the heat, massive amount of blooms, black spot resistant, but has a major issue with thripe. Would still recommend as it is the best bloomer in my garden but be prepared to spray for thripe every week to keep them under control in a Southern Garden. |
