Description:
   A golden dwarf Thread branch Swara Cypress. Plant is a round mounded bun with leaves that are golden and in strings. The leaves lay over each other like a mop turned upside down.

This species is commonly known as the Sawara False Cypress. First introduced from Japan to Europe by Siebold in 1860. This species has born several garden forms. There are dwarfs, thread-leaf forms, forms with fixed juvenile and semi-juvenile foliage.
